The children separate into 2 small groups of 8, differentiating the activities for children who are 3-4 years & 4-5 years, to appropriately deliver the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). This is a very important stage as it helps your child prepare for School & their future learning & successes. There are seven areas of learning & development, these are: COMMUNICATION & LANGUAGE; PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT; PERSONAL, SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT; LITERACY; MATHEMATICS; UNDERSTANDING THE WORLD & EXPRESSIVE ARTS & DESIGN.

These seven areas are used to plan your child's learning & activities and our team will teach & support your child to ensure that activities are suited to your child's unique needs & interests. It is designed to be flexible so children explore the EYFS fully. to learn by playing & exploring, being active & through critical thinking, which takes place indoors & outside. The team use our online learning journal 'Tapestry' to upload and chart progress, through new learning, and achievements throughout the week, parents have opportunities to have 'Zoom' meetings to discuss development and progress in more depth.
